This page describes how Modelly actually works today. It isn't a substitute for professional legal advice — if you need that for your own purposes, talk to a lawyer rather than relying on this page alone.

What Modelly is

Modelly is a preview tool. It shows you what a garment might look like on you, but the result is for visual guidance only — it doesn't guarantee exact fit, size, color, or fabric behavior.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use. Don't upload images of other people without their consent.
• Don't abuse the free trial — create multiple accounts, scripts, or automated requests to get around usage limits.

Using Modelly with an account

A free account is required to try Modelly, up to the free trial limit. Creating an account also lets you keep your saved looks across sessions.

Signing in with Google

You can create an account with an email and password, or with Google sign-in — your choice. If you use Google, your use of Google's own service is covered by Google's terms — Modelly only receives the basic profile info described in our privacy page.

Saved looks

You can delete a saved look at any time, and we'll remove it. See our privacy page for how your photos are handled before that.

Billing and payments

Consumer pricing isn't finalized yet — trying Modelly is currently free, as described on pricing. The business tier is live: $100 buys a flat, one-time credit of 400 trials. That's a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription — there's nothing to cancel, and it doesn't rebill on its own. If you want more trials, or want billing structured differently, that's arranged directly rather than through automatic recurring charges.

When we handle payment, a third-party payment processor collects and stores your card details — Modelly itself never stores raw card numbers.

We don't yet have a finalized refund policy. If that becomes necessary before one exists, we'll work it out directly with you rather than pretend a policy is in place that isn't. Pricing and plans may change as the product grows; if they do, we'll give notice before it affects anything you've already paid for.
